(Hamilton, Ontario) Maximum Independence Inc., a top provider of Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation services has merged with Lesya Dyk, O.T. Services (LDOT) to expand its network in Ontario. Lesya Dyk, O.T. Reg, (Ont) has accepted the position of Director of Rehabilitation of Maximum Independence Inc., and is now along with bphealth, a principal in the company. LDOT will merge its current operations in Hamilton with Maximum Independence as of March 1, 2013.

Maximum Independence Inc. (a bphealth clinic) is a private rehabilitation company in Hamilton that offers Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Kinesiology and Case Management Services. We service individuals who have been injured in Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Fall Accidents or Medical Incidents.

We service individuals of all ages and with a wide range of injuries or diagnoses. Specific areas of interest and specialization include but are not limited to; Complex Soft Tissue Injuries, Complex Orthopaedic Injuries, Chronic Pain, Acquired Brain Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries, Psychological Disorders, Multiple Diagnoses.

What We Offer

Maximum Independence Inc. offers a number of general and specialized assessment and treatment services for clients injured in Motor Vehicle Accidents and other personal injury accidents. These aid in the process of obtaining available benefits and rehabilitation services related to personal care, homemaking/housekeeping, caregiving and work.

We pride ourselves in providing a high quality, individualized assessment process that meets the needs of the injured party and the referring agency. We strive towards maximizing every client's independence and assisting them in returning to the best quality of life possible after injury.
